I am glad you had a great trip! IT looks like lots of fun. The suitcase is a perfect containment device. Remeber that Bill Cosby show where Cosby puts his grandchildren in an upside down playpen! CLASSIC…. Poor Miss Clara! What a shock to discover that she is really a dog. ROFL

I just love thunder. The rumbly kind. The dreadlocks kind, not so much. Unless the child really is black. Then it can be awesome, like a lion’s mane.

LOL at Annaleigh – that sounds just like something my Lydia would say. At least Indiana Mimi didn’t use the nipple on the top of Jack’s bottle!

My kids leave me thunderstruck quite often.

I’m always amazed at just how much I can actually pack for a trip. I’m even more amazed when I get home and have to UNpack and put it away. Never seems to be room for it. Like it wasn’t already there before I packed it. So why doesn’t it fit when I get back?

Baby in a suitcase? We’ve done that. Ok, I have. I like the way your daughter thinks. ;o)

That pic of Bonny Annie reminds me of the time when I was a teenager and had a summer job babysitting a red-headed 4 year old twice a week. Every morning, when getting her dressed and brushed for the day, I would french braid her hair. I always asked her if she wanted one braid or two. One day, she answered “six” so of course, being the fun teenager babysitter I was, I complied. Her mother was not so happy, so that was the only time I did more than 2 braids again.

I still think it’s fun, but maybe I wouldn’t think so if I had a daughter of my own.

I wouldn’t say that she looks African American. Pipi Longstocking on steriods comes to mind…

I can’t decide if the multi-pigtail look is the caucasian version of dreadlocks or simply dreadlooks. Quite amusing nonetheless.

What leaves me thunderstruck? Oh, mostly the comments that I get away with making on other peoples’ blogs.

I was thunderstruck when my midwife, when explaining some recent symptoms, said I needed to get an ept test. More so when my friend agreed and lent me a few she purchased in bulk.

PTL, the results were`not thunder-striking!!!
