They turned out well, but next time I'll make sure I use thin bacon. That's what the recipe specifies, but normally I only buy thick bacon. Mistake! Also, I recommend cooking these on a broiler pan or on a wire rack set on top of a sheet pan. They would get crispier that way. It was a pain to clean out that many jalapenos, but it was worth it.
